** The Basic Site Inspection fees outlined above are based on a 50 mile radius from Arlington. An additional fee of $50.00 each 50 miles beyond will be added to
Site Inspection fee above. (Based on Mapquest's distances from 6405 Tranquility Ct., Arlington, TX 76016)

*** Although TDLR does not require filing a project on Construction Fees less than $50,000, K+K Associates offers Plan and Site Reviews at the above fees (with
no TDLR filing fees).
